Event Overview
From May to November 2023, we had the pleasure of supporting the 10th Singapore International Parkinson Disease and Motor Disorder Symposium organised by National Neuroscience Institute (NNI), undertaking the scope of conference website design and building, abstract management and overseeing the overall registration flow from handling participants’ queries to payment processing.

Conference Website Design and Building
Within the span of only 2-3 weeks since the project commenced, our team collaborated closely with the organising team to get the website up and running, allowing for complex and custom registration flow (with the selection of different ticket tiers, different programmes and addition of pre-conference workshop) with various payment methods enabled.
The website also hosts an abstract submission portal and other important information such as programmes, speakers. To uphold the professionalism image of the organiser, we ensured that the website has a sleek and dynamic user interface experience, while being mobile friendly for attendees to be able to take any action needed right on their phone (including going through the registration process or event submitting abstract).
Admin Dashboard for Real-time Event Management
To ensure the organising committee could manage the registration and abstract submission process seamlessly, we also provided an admin dashboard that allows the team to view signup status in real-time and take any action necessary, such as reviewing credentials for certain participant groups and approving the registration where needed.
The abstract management section inside the dashboard also allows for viewing of submissions, including the abstract writeup and uploaded poster. The scientific committee could also refer to this dashboard for discussion and shortlisting abstracts in real-time.
Abstract Management and Coordination
On top of providing the dashboard, our team also extends our service to help communicate with shortlisted abstract presenters, optimising the poster formats to make them friendly for showcase on the iDisplay.
Managing Attendees' Queries and Payment Processing
We were also entrusted by the organiser to serve as the official secretariat for this event, where we managed all incoming queries and assisted participants with clarifications about the event, their payment status and even refund process.
